Jodie-Kay was our housekeeper and she kept our rooms clean and ready. The room was facing the lake and we had a good view of the sunrise first thing in the morning . We could not ask for anything better

customer service was outstanding!!!!!! friendly staff, very interactive! Main areas were clean and outside beach area was clean and nice. ice machine worked great! our room was clean. loved the beach area with lounge chairs amd fire pits. peaceful sunrises!

The staff and location were excellent. The back porch was a wonderful surprise . The hotel could use a little updating but room was clean

The convenience of the location. We had family staying at the mackinaw mill creek campground, only 3 miles away. I would probably stay again.

Great location at a great rate. The staff was very helpful with information. We had a lake view for a beautiful sunrise.

Location was great. Short walk to everything. About a 20min walk to get downtown and easy access to get to Mackinaw bridge.

Everyone was very helpful, a handicap chair broke for our bathroom and they brought us a new one very quickly. Staff was very nice.

The room was very clean and looked neat. It even had a balcony that gave us some views on the water and the bridge. There is a pool. The price was amazing considering all those amenities.

It is beautiful and comfortable. The temperature in the room was great. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy so we were exhausted early and didn’t get to enjoy the evening. Breakfast was wonderful!
